The rooftop solarium extends across the whole villa and is furnished with table & chairs, parasol, sunloungers, deckchairs, low drinks tables, beachmats and barbeque. There is also a coolbox, to save trips back down to the fridge!

Offering views to the Mediterranean Sea and the pink Laguna salada de Torrevieja, it also overlooks the front terrace and a garden, to the rear. The garden is shared with your immediate neighbours, as is a well-maintained swimming pool, which is literally a minute's stroll away, near another pleasant shared garden.
