The front terrace is east-facing and, with its table and chairs, is perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. It is also equipped with an awning which is easily unfolded should you prefer shade. Having turned right through the front door and into the villa, we enter the open-plan lounge/diner. Tastefully furnished (with sofa, table & chairs, coffee table, stereo, TV and DVD player) this joins the kitchen.

Here we find a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and ample cutlery, crockery, utensils and cooking pans. A door leads from the kitchen to a utility room, where we find the washing machine. From the lounge, two doors lead to bedrooms and a staircase leads to the first floor.
